I wanted to help the children of the world by making jewelry and giving 20% of the profits to help the homeless children of the world. If you are not aware of how great the problem is here are a few websites to show what and why I have decided to do this. My family is not rich but my country is. When I think of little children sleeping in the garbage dumps and eating from the garbage, my heart breaks with in me. I am safe and warm in our home while children all over the world do not even have clean water to drink. I do not believe God made this planet with so many blessings for only a few to enjoy. If everyone turns there eyes away expecting someone else to take care of it then the burden of caring is upon the few instead of the weight carried evenly by a multitude. If we all do some small part world hunger can be tamed and maybe even ended. I hope that what we are doing will help save lives of a great mulitide of children, and I wish everyone would do their part.
